Hosted by [Men Having Babies](http://www.menhavingbabies.org/), the conference will be held on **Saturday, September 23rd through Sunday, September 24th **at the **Hilton Brussels Grand Place in Brussels, Belgium**. The conference will focus largely on filling in the gaps for prospective parents in Europe and abroad focusing on the LGBT community, the special challenges they may face, and the rights they reserve when entering into contracts as Intended Parents in surrogacy or adoption cases. Speakers will also offer valuable information for Intended Parents of all groups, particularly surrounding ethical surrogacy practices, medical and budgeting advice. Our Founder and Legal Director, Victoria T. Ferrara, will speak about essential legal and financial matters. Among other issues, she will cover legal considerations in surrogacy, state laws in the U.S. regarding pre-birth and post-birth parentage orders, as well as costs and expenses of surrogacy in the United States. The conference welcomes anyone that can benefit from support in their prospective parenting journey, and offers exclusive one-on-one private consultations with providers, including WSS.
