Complete & Qualify 2023: Giveaway Rules and Regulations

1. Eligibility:  

• Open to legal residents of the United States, aged 21 and older that meet the requirements of eligibility to carry at Worldwide Surrogacy Specialists.
• Employees of Worldwide Surrogacy Specialists, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period:   

• The giveaway begins on 12/20/23  and ends on 12/31/23 at 11:59 PM EST.

3. How to Enter:

•  To enter, complete, and qualify for your full application at https://hubs.la/Q02cY_Zd0
•  by 12/31/23.
• Multiple entries are not allowed.

4. Prize:

• One (1) winner will receive a $250 Visa gift card.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

5. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries on 12/31/23
• The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 2 days of the draw date.

6. Claiming the Prize:

• The winner must respond to the winner notification within 3 days.
• If the winner does not respond within the specified time, a new winner will be selected.

7. Publicity:

• By entering, participants agree to allow Worldwide Surrogacy Specialists to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes.

8. General Conditions:

• Worldwide Surrogacy Specialists reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
• Worldwide Surrogacy Specialists is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

9. Privacy:

• Participant information may be used by Worldwide Surrogacy Specialists for marketing purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
