Giving another family the gift of a lifetime may be a priceless experience, but surrogates should be fairly compensated for their dedication and commitment. **Worldwide highly values the commitment and dedication of our surrogates.** We work with our surrogates to develop and determine a compensation package that’s fitting to their unique situation. Below is a suggested compensation plan:  **Base Compensation**$35,000.00-$55,000.00 based on Gestational Carrier’s insurance, experience, and requests.
